MeshSonar is a free, open-source phone app that maps where the MeshCore mesh can hear you. Drive, and every ping becomes a square on the coverage map of the region you drove in.

Set up in four steps
- Install MeshSonar on your phone (above).
- Pair your radio. Turn on your MeshCore companion radio, pair it over Bluetooth in the app and join the
#wardrivingchannel. - Get a driver key. Sign in and create one on Devices and keys, then enter it in the app.
- Drive. Start a drive and go. Every ping is saved on the phone first and uploaded when you have signal, so nothing is lost in a dead zone.
Where your drive appears
Every ping is filed in the region it was sent from, wherever you upload it. Find the region on the region list. How your privacy is protected is on the privacy page.
